Anti Bird Net
About Anti Bird Net
Introduced by the Agriculture Department of the Rajasthan government, the Anti-Bird Net Scheme encourages farmers to adopt protected cultivation by subsidising the setting up of low-cost plastic tunnels. Depending on the scheme’s rules and the funds available, the subsidy per farmer may be subject to a ceiling. > Important points
1. Work may begin only once the Horticulture Department issues the administrative approval/work order. 1. Once installed, the structure can be verified by the committee constituted for the purpose. 1. The subsidy can be credited straight to the farmer’s bank account, or to the manufacturing firm if the farmer consents in writing.
