Kantedar Tarbandi Yojana
About Kantedar Tarbandi Yojana
Launched on July 21, 2017 by the Agriculture Department of the Rajasthan government, the Taarbandi Scheme for Fields sets out to protect farmers’ crops from stray animals. Animals wandering into unfenced fields cause heavy losses, and many farmers simply cannot afford to fence their land. The Rajasthan Taarbandi Scheme responds to this by giving farmers across the state financial help to put up fencing, so that they can guard their crops by enclosing their fields with barbed wire.
