About Go-Green Three Wheelers Scheme (GBOCWWB)
Under the “Go-Green Three Wheelers Scheme”, run by the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board (GBOCWWB), Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, registered construction workers who are disabled receive a one-time subsidy for buying a battery-operated tricycle (e-rickshaw). Objective: When a registered construction worker is disabled or incapacitated by an accident at a construction site, their earnings stop, leaving them permanently unable to provide for their family. The three-wheeler is meant to serve as a means of livelihood in such cases, helping the worker take up other work and support the household.

So the construction worker is permanently financially unable to support the family.
