The Director Scheduled Caste Welfare, under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of Gujarat, carries out the “Kunwar Bai Nu Mameru Yojana”, which dates back to 1991. It gives financial help when adult girls of the Scheduled Caste category get married, for up to two girls.
