About Bicycle Scheme (HBOCWWB)
The “Bicycle Scheme (HBOCWWB)” is an initiative of the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB) under the Labour Department Haryana. Registered construction workers can get ₹3,000/- towards buying a bicycle, once in 3 years. Only registered workers who have held continuous membership of the welfare board for 1 year are entitled to the benefit.
