Once in-principle approval is received from this office, the medical examination must be completed within 30 days by mutual agreement between the company and the hospital. Note 01: Companies wishing to avail the benefit must upload the list (Excel Sheet) on the portal. Note 02: Any fee paid under the scheme is non-refundable. Note 03: The Welfare Commissioner has the final say on the scheme, and jurisdiction lies in Ahmedabad.

A complete medical check-up is fixed at ₹1950/- per worker, of which 25%, i.e. ₹487.50, is payable by the organization/company.
