Application Process
An open meeting is held where full details about forming a Women's Milk Producers Cooperative Society are shared. Once everyone agrees to form the Women's Milk Committee, 9 women from among its members are chosen for the Managing Committee, and they elect a Chairperson from among themselves. The Managing Committee then hires a Secretary as an employee to run the Milk Committee.
Every milk producer who sells milk to the Milk Committee must join it as a member.
