About Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme- Gujarat Labour Welfare Board
Launched by the Gujarat Labour Welfare Board under the Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, the “Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme” gives organised sector workers a 3% Interest Subsidy, helping them buy a home of their own and easing the interest burden on bank loans.

Benefits Provided
Home Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme- Gujarat Labour Welfare Board provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:

1. Organised sector workers buying their own house get a 3% Interest Subsidy.
Note 01:
The subsidy is worked out on a maximum loan of ₹15 lakhs per house, or as 3% interest subsidy based on the bank interest on the loan actually taken, whichever is less. Note 02: The amount is paid into the beneficiary's bank account through DBT.
