About Family Pension- Haryana Silicosis Board
The Haryana Labour Welfare Board, Government of Haryana, implements the “Family Pension” scheme, under which the spouse of a worker who dies of Silicosis receives ₹3,500/- a month for as long as he/she lives. Where the worker was unmarried, the payment goes to his/her surviving parents.

Benefits Provided
Family Pension- Haryana Silicosis Board provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:

1. After a worker's death from Silicosis, the family receives ₹3,500/- every month.
Note 1:
For a married worker, the widow or widower is paid for the rest of his/her life. Note 2: For an unmarried worker, the monthly assistance goes to the surviving parents.
