About Disablement Benefit Scheme (PBAOCWWB)
The Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Union Territory of Puducherry, offers the “Disablement Benefit” as a welfare scheme. Registered Construction Workers of the Board receive ₹75,000/- in financial help on the strength of a Disablement Certificate from the Competent Authority. Payment is made by Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the worker’s bank account, and applications are taken offline.

Disablement Benefit Scheme (PBAOCWWB) provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:
Financial Assistance:
Eligible workers are granted ₹75,000/-.
Time of Disbursal:
Payment is released within 1 month of applying.

Funds are credited to the bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
