About Mukhyamantri Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Chhatra Yojana
Through the Directorate of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Social Welfare Department), the Government of Bihar works to empower persons with disabilities. Its “Mukhyamantri Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Chhatra Yojana” Umbrella Scheme, also called the Sambal Yojana, sets out to give all-round support to Bihar’s disabled community, and a major part of it is handing out battery-operated tricycles to eligible beneficiaries to improve their mobility and independence.

To qualify for Mukhyamantri Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Chhatra Yojana, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
