About Chief Ministergi Shotharabasingi Tengbang
The Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Manipur, runs “Chief Ministergi Shotharabasingi Tengbang”, a welfare scheme that gives Persons with Disabilities free travel and concessions. Any Person with Disability domiciled in Manipur who holds a Disability Certificate from the competent authority can apply, and the Directorate of Social Welfare issues a Pass Book to each eligible beneficiary for using the scheme’s benefits.
