About Madhya Pradesh Professional Talent Examination Award Scheme
In 2010, the Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, introduced the “M.P. Professional Talent Test Award Scheme” to honour backward-class students who do exceptionally well in professional entrance examinations. Students from backward classes who finish in the top three in entrance tests such as PET, PPT, and MCA held by the Professional Examination Board receive cash awards. The Assistant Director, Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, is responsible for implementing it.

First Position
First Position: the topper receives ₹1,00,000/-
Second Position
Second Position: a prize of ₹50,000/- goes to the runner-up
Third Position
Third Position: ₹25,000/- is awarded for third place
