To promote Vedic Culture, the Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation (APBWC) has announced “Kalyanamastu Pathakam”. These days, many Brahmin girls are reluctant to marry Brahmin young men who work in Pourohityam, Veda Parayanam, and Archakatam. To encourage girls to marry grooms who earn their living from Vaidikam, a one-time Financial Assistance of ₹75,000/- is given.
