Application Process
Step-1: Go to the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board's official website, https://skpuplabour.in/.
Step-2: On the homepage, choose "Shramik Application".
Step-3: First-time users should pick "Register New User", fill in the registration form correctly, and submit it. A unique user ID and password are then created and sent to the registered mobile number.
Step-4: Sign in to the portal with these credentials.
Step-5: Pick the relevant scholarship scheme from the list, fill in the application form carefully so every detail is accurate and complete, upload a recent photograph of the applicant, and submit the form for processing.
Step-6: Print the submitted application form and keep it for future reference.
Step-7: Take the form to the concerned educational institution and to the factory/establishment so it can be verified and endorsed.
Step-8: Sign in once more with the registered user ID and password, open "Scheme Application Details", upload a scan of the verified form together with the supporting documents, and save to complete the submission.
Step-9: When the application has been verified and validated, the scholarship amount is paid into the beneficiary's bank account, and an SMS is sent to the registered mobile number.
Step-10: The "Application Status" option on the portal lets applicants follow the progress of their application.
