About Funeral Assistance- Haryana Silicosis Board
Run by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board, Government of Haryana, the “Funeral Assistance” scheme helps families meet the cost of last rites. When a worker whose Silicosis was confirmed by the Silicosis Diagnosis Board, Haryana passes away, his or her dependent/nominee receives ₹15,000/- in financial assistance to carry out the funerary rituals.
