About Free Electricity Supply Scheme
The Energy Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, operates the “Free Electricity Supply Scheme” to help farmers from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. It gives free power for agricultural pumps of up to 5 horsepower to farmers whose landholding is up to 1 hectare.
