The Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB), Labour Department, Government of Haryana, runs the scheme “Financial Assistance to Widow/Dependent in case of Death of a Worker”. When a worker employed in an industrial or commercial establishment of Haryana state dies from any cause, his widow or dependent receives ₹2,00,000/- in financial assistance.
