About Festival Gift Coupons (Sainik Welfare)
Funded by the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry, the “Festival Gift Coupons” scheme is a welfare measure that gives Festival Gift Coupons worth ₹4,000/- per annum to Non-Pensioner ESMs aged 60 years or older. Beneficiaries must collect the coupons personally once DSW informs them, usually between November and January. Only Ex-servicemen/Widows of Ex-servicemen registered with the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry, are covered, and applications are taken offline.
