Under the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, the scheme “Distribution of Seeds of more productive varieties / Hybrid varieties Seeds and fertilizer at subsidies, etc,. to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Area (TASP)” includes a “100% Soluble Chemical Fertilizer/Nano Fertilizer” component. The scheme helps Adivasi and Scheduled Tribe farmers, in tribal as well as non-tribal areas, raise farm output and strengthen their livelihoods. Subsidies cover items such as seeds of more productive/hybrid varieties, fertilizers, plant protection equipment, tarpaulins, micronutrients, water carrying pipelines, and pump sets.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Distribution of Seeds of more productions varieties/ Hybrids varieties Seeds and fertilizer at subsidies etc. to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Area: 100% Soluble Chemical Fertilizer/Nano Fertilizer Gujarat, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Membership of a Scheduled Tribe is required

The farm must lie within tribal areas, OR…
The farm must lie within tribal areas, OR the applicant must be a tribal cultivator living outside tribal areas.

FCO-approved grade 100% soluble chemical fertilizers/nano-fertilizers qualify…
FCO-approved grade 100% soluble chemical fertilizers/nano-fertilizers qualify for a subsidy of 75% of the purchase price or ₹ 750/- per hectare. (capped at four hectares per account)

Remark: Governed by conditions No. 5, 16, 17, 19 and 22 of Appendix-1. (See Scheme No. 35).
