About Establishment of Goat Unit (10 +1)
Gujarat’s Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department offers the “Establishment of Goat Unit (10+1)” scheme to lift goat breeders socially and economically by promoting goat breeding and genetic improvement through pure breeding. Financial help goes to Scheduled Caste (SC) applicants, Scheduled Tribe (ST) women, and General category individuals, and widowed or abandoned women from Scheduled Tribes are given first priority.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Establishment of Goat Unit (10 +1), applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Applicants must fall into any one of these categories:
Scheduled Caste (SC)
Scheduled Caste (SC).
Scheduled Tribe (ST) – limited to Women
Scheduled Tribe (ST) – limited to Women.
General Category
General Category. Note: Widows & abandoned women from the Scheduled tribe community receive priority.
