About Disability (Due to Accident or Other Reason) Scheme- Haryana Labour Welfare Board
The Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB), under the Labour Department, Government of Haryana, runs the “Disability (Due to Accident or Other Reason) Scheme”. It pays financial assistance to workers of industrial and commercial establishments in Haryana according to their percentage of disability, regardless of whether the disability arose from an accident or another cause, and whether it happened inside or outside the workplace. Claims can be made within one year from the date on which the Medical Board/State Insurance (ESI) issued the disability certificate.

b) Family ID available: Only applicants holding a family ID can continue to the next registration step, as follows:
Choose the “I have family ID” radio button.
Type in the Parivar Pehchan Patra number - Family ID.
Press “Fetch Family Details” to list the family members registered under that Family ID.
Pick the family member to be registered.
Key in the OTP sent to that family member for verification.
