With “Assistance for Establishment of On-Farm Storage for Sorting-Grading”, the Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to cut post-harvest losses in horticultural produce and boost value addition by funding farmers to set up on-farm facilities for sorting, grading, packing and primary processing. Help is available for both the construction of such infrastructure and the purchase of modern equipment/machinery for farm-level work.

Assistance for Establishment of On farm Storage for Sorting-Grading provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:
For Construction of On-Farm Infrastructure
For Construction of On-Farm Infrastructure: 50% of the unit cost or ₹1,50,000/- per unit, whichever is smaller.- For Machinery or Equipment Purchase: 50% of the actual cost, capped at ₹50,000/- per unit, whichever is smaller.
