How to Apply

Offline Application

Applicants can apply for Maulana Azad Education Finance Foundation Scheme through the offline application process outlined below.

📋

Application Process

Applications are made offline at present: collect the form from the district office and hand it back at the same office by August 31.
The form must be accompanied by a recent passport-size colour photograph, the Aadhaar card, permanent residence certificate, minority certificate, birth certificate, previous year's mark sheet, the college or institute admission certificate, fee structure, college identity card, nationalized bank passbook, and an affidavit that the loan scheme is being used for the first time. The guarantors' papers, namely salary or income certificate, PAN card, recent photograph, Aadhaar card, ration card, and status certificate report, also need to be enclosed.
By September 15, the district office sends the applications to the corporation headquarters, where they are put before the selection committee set up by the Government of Uttarakhand. When the loan selection committee approves a case, the sanctioned amount is sent to the account of the district concerned as per the applicant's need, and the district office then pays it straight into the applicant's bank account.
Approvals are limited to the budget available for the financial year, and applications beyond that limit are automatically treated as cancelled.

Ensure all required documents are ready before starting the application process.
