Cerebral Palsy (Sl. No. 3) requires 60%.
Locomotor disability (Sl. No. 4) requires 80%.
Muscular dystrophy (Sl. No. 5) requires 50%.
Mental Illness (Sl. No. 6) requires 60%.
Multiple disabilities (Sl. No. 7), with the combination of Deaf-blind as 1st priority, combination of intellectual disability as 2nd priority and other combinations as 3rd priority, require 50%.
