About Marketing Assistance Scheme
Karnataka Leather Industries Development Corporation Ltd, Govt of Karnataka, implements the “Marketing Assistance Scheme” to strengthen SC leather artisans by letting them sell their products under the Lidkar brand through Lidkar Leather Emporia. Artisans are protected from exploitation by private dealers, and their products are bought regularly in line with demand.
Objective: – Buying products regularly (once every 1-2 months) according to showroom demand. – Branding and marketing them through Lidkar Leather Emporia.

How to Apply
Online Application
Applicants can apply for Marketing Assistance Scheme through the online application process outlined below.
Application Process
Registration Process:
Step-01: Open the official Seva Sindhu Portal.
Step-02: Select "New Users Register Here", then type your Aadhaar Number and the Captcha code.
Step-03: Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar to move ahead.
Step-04: When the DigiLocker account has been created, click "Allow" to continue.
Step-05: Give your email ID and mobile number, set a password, type the captcha and click "Submit".
Step-06: OTPs arrive on both your email and mobile; key in both and choose "Validate".
Step-07: After validation, a message confirms that your registration has succeeded.
Applying for a Scheme:
Step-01: On the Seva Sindhu Portal, choose "Department & Services".
Step-02: Pick the "Social Welfare Department" and then the "Marketing Assistance Scheme".
Step-03: Click "Apply Online", then provide your registered email ID/mobile number along with the OTP.
Step-04: Choose the scheme and fill in your personal, address and bank details as asked.
Step-05: On submission, an Application ID is issued, which can be used on the portal to follow the status of your application.
