Madilu Kit
About Madilu Kit
The Madilu Programme is a broad government initiative meant to lift rural communities by giving them the skills and resources they need for better livelihoods. Its main areas are skill development, entrepreneurship, and capacity building. By training people in useful areas such as farming techniques, handicraft making, and running a small business, it tries to open up lasting sources of income in villages.
Training sessions, workshops, and mentoring help participants make the most of their abilities and start small-scale enterprises. The programme also helps them reach micro-finance options and guides them on market linkages, so they can run viable businesses and become financially independent. Gender equality and social inclusion are given strong emphasis, so that marginalised groups get the same access to opportunities and benefits.
