Application Process
Application Process
Beneficiaries submit loan applications to the District Offices of NSKFDC's State Channelising Agencies (SCAs), or to branches of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs)/Nationalised Banks.
These District Offices/branches scrutinise the applications and pass them on to their Head Offices.
The SCAs/RRBs/Nationalised Banks assess project viability and forward the viable ones to NSKFDC with their recommendations.
Post-Application Process
NSKFDC's Project Appraisal Committee also reviews these proposals, and those found in order go before the Board of Directors for consideration and sanction; once the Board sanctions a proposal, sanction letters (Letters of Intent) are issued to the SCAs/RRBs/Nationalised Banks for their acceptance.
After the sanction terms are accepted and the loan agreement and other documents are executed, funds are released to the SCAs/RRBs/Nationalised Banks for onward disbursement to beneficiaries — NSKFDC releases these funds on receiving a demand from the SCAs/RRBs/Nationalised Banks, taking into account all release parameters under its Lending Policies & Guidelines (LPG).
