Anyone who has already got a cycle or torch through the board's cycle assistance scheme, or through a scheme of another state government department, is not eligible.
Benefits Provided
Kotwar Cycle Evam Torch Sahayata Yojana provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:

1. For a bicycle, each person receives ₹ 3,000/- or the CSIDC-fixed bicycle rate, whichever is lower

2. For a torch, each person is given ₹. 750/-.
