About Incentive Scheme for Sericulture Reelers
Launched by Karnataka’s Minorities Welfare Department and carried out by the Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation, the “Incentive Scheme for Sericulture Reelers” strengthens the finances of minority community members working in silk reeling and spinning. It provides loans and subsidies to boost working capital, upgrade basic infrastructure, and support higher productivity and economic stability.

How to Apply
Online Application
Applicants can apply for Incentive Scheme for Sericulture Reelers through the online application process outlined below.
Application Process
Step-01: Go to the official website of the Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation.
Step-02: Choose "Apply Online", type your "Mobile Number" and press "Submit".
Step-03: Type the "Aadhaar Number", complete the "Captcha" and choose "Next".
Step-04: An OTP is sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar.
Step-05: Key in the "OTP", choose "Continue", and then accept the official notice.
Step-06: Once Aadhaar is verified, enter the "OTP" once more and submit.
Step-07: Pick the scheme "Sikhligar’s Community Development Scheme" and provide basic details such as father's name, gender and qualification
Step-08: Choose "Next", enter the address details, and choose "Next" again.
Step-09: Upload the documents asked for, such as a passport-size photo, educational documents and the income certificate.
Step-10: Press "Proceed", then "Submit Application", and note the Application ID you receive.
