About Incentive For Eye Donors
The Department of Social Welfare, Government of Puducherry started the “Incentive For Eye Donors” scheme to spread public awareness about donating eyes and to reward eye donors. The close relatives of an eye donor receive ₹ 10,000/- per beneficiary. Claims must be made within 90 days of the transplantation.
