About House Subsidy Scheme
The Government of Himachal Pradesh started the housing subsidy scheme so that people from marginalized sections can build homes of their own with financial help. A subsidy of Rs. 1,30,000/- is given for house construction to persons belonging to Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minority Communities, Single Women, or the handicapped. The goal is to raise the living standards and general quality of life of people in these groups.

How to Apply

Complete the form: Enter every required detail, including personal information, income particulars and details of the planned construction.
Collect the documents
Collect the documents: Arrange all needed papers, namely the Bonafied Himachali Certificate of the couple, the Scheduled Cast/Other Backward Classes/Minority Community/Single Women or Handicapped Certificate, the Income Certificate, Revenue Papers, the recommendation from the concerned Gram Panchayat, the applicant's certificate that he/she has not availed any such subsidy earlier, and recent photographs of the present house.
