About Hostel Assistance Scheme for Children of Migrant Construction Workers (GBOCWWB)
The Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board (GBOCWWB), working under the Labour, Skill Development & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, runs the “Hostel Assistance Scheme for Children of Migrant Construction Workers”. Children of migrant construction workers attending primary school are given hostel facilities with free lodging and meals. The aim is to make primary, secondary and higher education possible for these children.
