Application Process
Step-1: Go to the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board at https://skpuplabour.in/.
Step-2: On the homepage, choose "Shramik Application".
Step-3: First-time users should pick "Register New User", complete the registration form correctly and submit it. A unique user ID and password will be generated and sent to the registered mobile number.
Step-4: Sign in to the portal with these credentials.
Step-5: Pick the appropriate scholarship scheme, fill in the application form carefully so that every detail is correct and complete, upload a recent photograph of the applicant, and submit the form for processing.
Step-6: Print the submitted application form and keep it for reference.
Step-7: Take the form to the educational institution and to the factory/establishment concerned to have it verified and endorsed.
Step-8: Sign in again with the registered user ID and password, open "Scheme Application Details", upload a scan of the verified form with the supporting documents, and save to complete the submission.
Step-9: When the application has been verified and validated, the scholarship is paid into the beneficiary's bank account and an SMS is sent to the registered mobile number.
Step-10: To check progress, applicants can use the "Application Status" option on the portal.
