The Uttarakhand Khadi and Village Industries Board, under the Department of Industries, Government of Uttarakhand, runs the “Discount Scheme on Sale of Khadi Garments”. To boost the use and sale of Khadi clothing, it gives shoppers a 10% discount on items bought at Khadi production and sales centres registered with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC).
