About Day Care – cum – Recreation Centre and Physiotherapy Unit
The Department of Social Welfare, Government of Puducherry, introduced the sub-scheme “Day Care – cum – Recreation Centre and Physiotherapy Unit” as part of the umbrella scheme “Grant-in-Aid to Pondicherry Society for the Care of the Aged (PONCARE)”. Senior citizens enrolled under it receive physiotherapy at no cost from a physiotherapist, following the recommendations of doctors.
