About Award Of Stipend To VJNT And SBC Students Studying In ITI
The Government of Maharashtra has a scheme to motivate V.J.N.T. & S.B.C. students and build their interest in Technical education. Its aim is to encourage V.J.N.T. & S.B.C. students towards Technical education. Under G.R. No. EBC-1079/ 56243/ D-1 dated 7/5/1983, the Government started a scheme called Award to I.T.I. students, under which a Rs.40/- p.m. stipend comes from the Technical Education Department and a Rs. 60/- p.m. stipend from this Department. VJNT and SBC students who get no stipend from the Technical Education Department receive Rs.100/- p.m. as a stipend from this Dept.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Award Of Stipend To VJNT And SBC Students Studying In ITI, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
Students must be from the V.J.N.T
Students must be from the V.J.N.T. or S.B.C category.

Benefits Provided

Students receive a Maintenance Allowance ranging between Rs.40/- and Rs.100/- per month, paid for 10 months via the I.T.I. in which they are enrolled.
