About Financial Assistance For Aids And Appliances For Disabled Persons
The Department of Social Justice & Special Assistance, Govt. of Maharashtra, runs the “Financial Assistance for Aids and Appliances for Disabled Persons” scheme. It helps Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) buy aids and appliances suited to their age group and kind of disability. Applications are accepted only from permanent residents of the state of Maharashtra, and the Govt. of Maharashtra bears 100% of the scheme’s funding.
