About Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme for assistance to MSMEs: Assistance for Patent Registration
Gujarat’s Industries and Mines Department introduced the “Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme for MSMEs” as an umbrella scheme to invigorate the state’s MSME sector, whose role in employment, GDP and exports is substantial. In operation from October 5, 2022, to October 4, 2027, the programme advances growth, investment and the goals of “Aatmanirbhar Gujarat” and “Aatmanirbhar Bharat.” Through the “Assistance for Patent Registration” component, individuals and legal entities receive financial help to patent the products or processes they have developed. Part of the spending on patent filing, attorney fees and related costs during the scheme’s operative period is covered.

How to Apply
Online Application
Applicants can apply for Aatmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme for assistance to MSMEs: Assistance for Patent Registration through the online application process outlined below.
Application Process
Registration Process:
Step-1: Reach the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) portal and press "New Investor Registration" to display the registration form.
Step-2: Key your details into the Registration Form and press "Submit".
Step-3: Verify the E-mail ID with the help of the link mailed to your registered E-mail ID.
Step-4: Registration is successfully complete as soon as verification is through.
Post-Registration Process:
Step-1: Reach the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) portal and press "Login".
Step-2: Put in the email address and password from the registration stage.
Step-3: Press the "Login" button and your account will open.
Step-4: Round off the application by entering required business details and uploading the mandatory documents.
