About Mukhyamantri Gramin Street Vendor Rin Yojana
The Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh launched the “Mukhyamantri Gramin Street Vendor Rin Yojana” to give poor migrant workers/small traders in the state’s rural areas access, through bank loans, to low-cost equipment or working capital. Loans are available only for businesses already running in rural areas and for new enterprises set up by migrant workers, who must also complete Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training at Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI) before starting a new business. Applications are taken online through the Street Vendor Portal.
