About Mukhya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana
Implemented by the Technical Education and Manpower Planning Department, the Mukhya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana arranges On-the-Job Training (OJT) in registered industrial and commercial establishments for formally educated youth. It gets industries and businesses to take an active part in skill development, while young people gain hands-on experience. ₹1,00,000/- youth are to benefit every year, and the target can be raised in line with demand. During training, every participant also gets a stipend of up to ₹1,00,000/-, paid for by the state government.

Benefits Provided
Mukhya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana provides the following benefits to eligible applicants:
Skill Enhancement
Skill Enhancement: hands-on training makes participants more ready for jobs.
Stipend Support
Stipend Support: trainees get financial help of up to ₹1 lakh while they train.
12th Pass
12th Pass: the stipend is ₹8,000 per month.
ITI Pass
ITI Pass: trainees receive ₹8,500 per month.
Diploma Pass
Diploma Pass: ₹9,000 per month is paid.
Graduate or Higher Qualification
Graduate or Higher Qualification: the monthly stipend rises to ₹10,000 per month.
