About Medical Expenses for Treatment of Major Ailments (O.B.O.C.W.W.B)
“Medical Expenses for Treatment of Major Ailments” is a welfare scheme of the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Odisha, meant for workers registered with the board. The Board pays medical expenses for treating a beneficiary or his/ her dependents who suffer from diseases of the Nervous system (Brain & spine related), the Cardiovascular System, Kidney and Cancer. In line with the Odisha State Treatment Fund, the beneficiary must have been registered for a minimum of one year.
