Workers registered with the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Odisha, can benefit from the “Tool Purchase Grant for the Construction Workers” welfare scheme. The Board reimburses each registered beneficiary one time for the tools they buy, provided the original bill/ voucher is produced.
