About Manav Garima Yojna SCW (EBC)
Introduced by the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of Gujarat, the “Manav Garima Yojna SCW (EBC)” is aimed at people of the economically backward class (EBC). It seeks to help them earn a dignified livelihood, take up self-employment in small businesses and become financially self-sufficient. Members of the EBC are given a range of business tool-kits under the scheme, enabling them to begin income-generating work and depend less on wage labour.
