About Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Sanvardhan Yojna -RS-CIT
Launched on 20-12-2020 by Rajasthan’s Women and Child Development Department, the Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Sanvardhan Yojna gives girls and women of the state free computer courses so they can become skilled in computing. Computer use is growing fast, and most work in government departments and private companies is now done digitally. Against this backdrop, the Rajasthan government’s move matters a great deal for the state’s girls and women: they gain computer knowledge without paying anything, which helps them become self-reliant and empowered and brightens their future — the core aim of the Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana.
Of the seats allotted, 18% go to Scheduled Caste candidates and 14% to Scheduled Tribe candidates; if candidates from these categories are not available, the seats may be filled by others.
