Funded from the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund of the Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry, the welfare scheme “Immediate Assistance for Severe Injury in Road/Fire Accident” pays ₹25,000/- to registered Ex-servicemen/Widows of Ex-servicemen who are severely injured in a Road/Fire Accident. Members of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) cannot apply. Applications are received offline.
