About Handicrafts Export Award
The Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles, and Khadi Dept, Government of Tamil Nadu, introduced the “Handicrafts Export Award” to motivate exporters of handicraft items. Winners receive a cash prize of ₹40,000/-, a 4 gm gold medal, a Thamirapattiram & a certificate. Exporters apply offline through the Poompucar Sales and Manufacturing Plant Managers.
