About Goa State Cultural Award for Institution
Introduced by the Directorate of Art and Culture, Government of Goa, the “Goa State Cultural Award for Institution” acknowledges, promotes and celebrates the role institutions play in Art and culture. It is expected to strongly energise Goa’s cultural institutions, which will in turn nurture fresh talent.
Objectives
1. Acknowledging, promoting and appreciating an outstanding institution as Goa’s best Cultural Institution. 1. Energising cultural institutions so that other institutions across the State are also inspired to foster cultural talent towards exceptional creative work. 1. Building and nurturing a cultural environment across the state. 1. Felicitating an outstanding institution for what it has achieved.
