About Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana for SC Students
The “Gagan Bharari Shiksha Yojana for SC Students” of the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Goa exists because the current Post Matric Scholarship amounts are not enough. It adds to the maintenance allowance of Scheduled Caste students by paying them further monthly sums for food, travel and disability-related needs. The scheme is implemented through the Chief Minister Scholarship Portal, Government of Goa, where applications are made online.
