About Aahar Anudan Yojana
Under the “Aahar Anudan Yojana”, the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, gives ₹1,000 every month to students, girls and women belonging to backward tribes such as Baiga, Bharia and Saharia. The objective is to tackle malnutrition in the state’s special tribal families by providing money that helps them afford nutritious food.
